MSi’s courseware prepares you for the Agriscience Foundations Exam. The certification is built to test and validate foundation-level concepts and knowledge using and maintaining industry documents, workplace safety and procedures, animal science, plant science and food safety.
Certiport’s Agriscience and Technology Careers program helps lays the foundation for future careers as food scientist, soil and plant scientist, and farming sustainability technologists and certifies that learners ready to excel in an entry level position within the Agriscience and Technology career cluster.
The MSi Agriscience Foundations ecourse is designed to serve as the learning component within Certiport’s “Learn, Practice, Certify” methodology. The course takes about 30-40 hours to complete. Participants will have access to the following elements in the course:

The MSi course is delivered on the GMetrix platform, which means you can access any CertPREP powered by GMetrix practice tests you may have purchased at the Certiport Store using your same login information. After the online course is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the course.
Technical Requirements:
The Agriscience and Technology Careers course by MSi is entirely web-based and can be completed, including grades, on any device with an internet connection, including grades, on any device with an internet connection, including a PC, Mac, Chrome book, or tablet.
This product includes a single application license for CertPREP practice tests. It may be used to prepare for the Agriscience Foundations exam.
This CertPREP single title license allows one user to make up to 30 practice test attempts for one of the available titles during a one year period.
CertPREP practice tests for the Agriscience and Technology Careers certification are designed to replicate the certification exam experience so Test Candidates can better prepare themselves for the actual exam. The CertPREP practice tests are mapped to the certification objectives so the Test Candidate is assured that they are practicing the skills that will help them pass the certification exam.

When the license holder activates this license, you will be able to choose the CertPREP title for Agriscience and Technology Careers – Agriscience Foundations. Once you have chosen a title, the license will then be locked down to allow you to access only the chosen title.
After the practice test license is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the practice tests.

This exam certifies that a candidate has the essential knowledge and skills necessary to work professionally in an entry level position in the agriculture industry. A successful candidate can demonstrate essential skills and knowledge in the application of basic plant, animal, and soil science; food safety; agricultural safety and regulatory practices; record keeping/documentation; and an efficient and effective use of resources.
